The objects and aims of our activity are the followings:

• The continuous enhancement of the citizen’s consciousness level of homeowners as well as the lodgers, thus those have to know better the rights and obligations, to be able to manifest in there social life the solidarity and knowing the laws;
• The according of assistance and consulting of economic and juridical specialty, administration and management of condominium’s property, as well as individual’s;
• The homeowners protection – individual or organized in homeowners associations, as well as lodgers from the buildings with more dwellings – individuals or organized in lodgers associations in front of the local and center authorities, as in the protection of there interests, having the quality of consumer, based on the specific legislation, in the relation with the public services suppliers; the mediation and qualification of the homeowners and lodgers contradictories interests, the maintenance and the protection of the homeowners / lodgers associations interests and rights;
• The representation of the league members in front of the all central and local forums of the state’s power for supporting and application of the interests and rights as well as the adoption and application of any legal measures which affect the homeowners associations activity, individuals homeowners and lodgers;
• The according of homeowners and lodgers protection against abuses, illegalities and corruption, even if it’s practiced by authorities, by natural or juridical persons, by the committees or managers of blocks of houses;
• The acting for improvement and environment protection and the social and economic conjuncture, including the attracting and utilization of programmes and funds affected to the urbanization of local and territorial arrangements, which have as finality the direct influence of the living style in a communitarian space;
• The League affirmation as promotion partner of the legislative proposals needful for the unitary reglementation and in concordance with the specific or perspective situations, of the relations and reports between the League members, homeowners and the others lodgers of the constructed houses, also between those and the public authorities and pulic services suppliers, in locality or in general interest;
• The collaboration with the natural and juridical persons with activities in domain, including those with abilities to do services in domain, the state’s institutions and nongovernmental in domain: ministries and others centrals institutions, ngo-s., mass-media, publications, authors in domain, others organizations with or without juridical personality, form country and foreings countries, having a direct or indirect connection with Federation’s domain or desire to support in anyway the activity in domain, including through change of informations and publications, affiliation;
• The proposal to the competent forums of legislative, social and administrative measures needful for the development’s domain in Romania, collaboration with responsible elements and specialists in domain at the project’s elaboration and informing of the laws in domain;
• The organization and/or the Federation’s participation and of her members to public actions, in country or in foreings countries, of education, informing and presentation of domain’s achievements, like: congresses, symposiums, round table, or, after case, the facilitation of the participation to such manifestations in country or in foreings countries, the acting for public image’s creation more remarkable and favorable to the Federation, the supporting and the effectuation of public image’s activities/ publicity of federation;
• To take attitude against any facts which affect in a negative way the living domanin in Romania and the development at international standard of this;
• The informing facility of all state’s operator and particulars in domain on the specific market of services, institutions and others organizations abilited in domanin, operate PC, through centralization and diffusion of programmes, offers, demands and supplies form country and foreings countries and the publishing of an league’s periodical;
• The supporting of professional’s education of natural person who activate in domain, the organization of initiation courses, qualification and professional perfecting in domain;
• The promotion of actions having an object the technological projection, financing and retechnologization of the operators in domain (the facility of the contracts with projects maker, producers, banks, leasing’s societies from country and foreings countries);
• The development by the Federation, with the exclusive aim of self-financing, of business activities in domanin, without those that are forbidden by law or stat’s monopoly (after case, with the notification’s obtained from competent forums), such as: research – projection (design, creation) and materials, eqiupments, accesories production, used in activities of domain’s education, the publicity, organization of those activities, the publications, printing, bookbindery and diffusion of write materials (including of propaganda / publicity) in domain; the education, qualification and perfecting in domain, the propaganda / publicity, the organization of those activities, the trade (intern and external), intermediate of the used products categories in domain’s activities (including the education in domain, propaganda / publicity, organization of those activities); activities of services in domain, such as: the achievement and suppiler of specific programmes, processing dates and banks dates; consulting, management and marketing in domain; projection, engineering and others technical services; others services specific to the products used in domain; The Federation can unfurl, in the same self – financing exclusive purpose, and others business operations, with another object, trought commercial societies having one associate – the federation, in law’s conditions; The Federation’s representation in internal and international’s organizations of profile.
• The initiation of any legal actions with the object to realize the aims and objectives of the Federation, to promote her interests and of her members, to maintain and defend the rights and interests of the homeowners and lodgers associations, in whitch purpose she will constitute founds.
